Cut existing surface by 30mm+/- and refill with thin porous layer with granulated slag. With High-Brawn (our unique modified emulsion) applied for tack-coating, attains high adhesion, impermeability and crack-proof effect. Good way, ecology-wise and economy-wise, to reuse such by-product as steel slag.
Recycle use of such industrial by-product, combined with thin layer technology, makes it economical, energy-saving, and environment-friendly.
This SHOREKI-unique method is designed to overlay cracked surface by spraying special emulsion to prevent recurrence of reflection crack.
Mechanical distribution of our original "High-Brawn" emulsion is capable of covering larger area in shorter time. High penetrative property of this emulsion activates good filling-up effect even into very slim cracks.
Use special equipment to cut and crush old pavement on-site, to have it mixed with additives made from cement and asphalt emulsion, then compacted to regenerate and stabilize base course.
Use mineral binder such as cement and our original emulsion "Ceme-Set" to stabilize aggregate on the spot. Recommendable for the occasions when existing sand needs to be reused, local aggregate near the site is to be used, soil-conditioning or base-raising is difficult, or existing soil can not be replaced due to physical/economical restriction.
Pavement surface rejuvenating method by cold, thin overlayer with special modified emulsion. Known as micro-surfacing in general, well accepted particularly in U.S. & Europe.
By applying at younger stage of pavement degradation in terms of preventive maintenance, this method will eventually lead to lower road management cost as a whole.
